Paper Ornaments

Paper Christmas Ornaments

Materials:

- patterns for 3D ornaments printed on card stock

-colored pencils

-scissors

-glue

-yarn

-hole punches

Students from Mrs. Broadbent's 3rd grade class.

Paper Ornaments Overview:  Christmas Ornaments made of paper! These ornaments can be difficult to glue together well.

1- Color the ornament patterns.
2- Cut the outside edges. These need to be cut out exactly on the line, or they do not fold together well. 
3- Fold ALL the dotted lines.  

*If you're not making an ornament to hang on a Christmas tree, just for general decoration skip to step 5.

4- Punch 2 holes into the ornaments.
5- Put yarn through the holes and tie it together to form a loop to hang the ornament off a Christmas tree branch.

6-Glue it all together.
